HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. WHAT IS BUYER PROTECTION?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products. INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers. This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.
I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Due to logistical reasons we may choose to ship your package in multiple shipments. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. All orders are confirmed via email.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?
Though we highly encourage you to double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at email@example.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
